Well Cranswick - why dont you tell us - you seem to be so well informed about everything and have put up so many invaluable posts over the months!!

What do you really think:

1. Finds in favour of CHM - more likely given the look of things.
2. Quantum - quite difficult to say at the moment. Of course all costs etc to be paid + ??? MMX shares, shares + cash.
3. Would imagine a trading halt would have to be put on both stocks prior to any official announcement with the halt only being lifted once there is clarity/settlement.
4.Justice Jacobson may well retire to contemplate and determine quantum assuming a favourable outcome for CHM.


Why dont you go down to the court and have a chat with Justice Jacobson - I am sure he is looking for some intellectual chap to give him some advice.
