What lapsed MOUs? There is no evidence to suggest that things are not continuing, and every indication that they will be firmed up after the DFS is released.
Secondly, Hicbart is well aware that there are no impurities in the Balama graphite which would impede its use in any of the applications which have been discussed. Hicbart's pathetic attempts to create a scare story have worn very thin indeed, in the face of specific announcements of the clean separation of products during the concentration process. Could I suggest he make the small effort of reading those announcements, which would enable him to become better-informed as to the facts.
Then again, he may not be very interested in the facts.
