Getitng in while the SP is cheap > at the ground floor 0.014 (17+mil market cap) etc, means you're ready to hold LT as milestones are met and SP progressively increases over time.
If you're in a hurry and want to wait till ore is being shipped and profit in the bank (think Rumabi... lol), sure go ahead, just expect to pay many multiples of the current share price (have a look at plethora of other iron ore explorers turned producers).
so... IRREVOCABLE 80%, now just be patient.
