    Without being negative, but being purely objective I still struggle to understand an offtaker depositing $65M without there being unconditional port access. I spoke to YIPA yesterday, They confirmed....no Iron Ore can be exported from Esperence outside of MUIOF. From an offtaker point of view, the iron ore is no good unless they can ship it. Currently there is no guarantee or certainty of shipping out of Esperence.
