Irrespective of the record date, we should not suddenly be having large sells under 5c when the trend was consistently north since April to 4.9c. It makes no sense. I am sure we can speculate with different views of what is happening here.
The BB is at 5c. It suddenly becomes a real incentive to sell shares (and sell cheaply in my view) into the BB as you are otherwise now forced to sell into the market at 4.5-4.9c (as of today) if you were thinking of getting out. It's plain and simple, if the SP stayed at 4.7-5c (or above 5c) the BB would basically be a waste of time. In my view it's a good deal for the company, but not for the LT shareholder. It's only a good deal if you bought in over the last 18 months.
The one explanation I can think of is respring holders (ineligible for the BB till June 21) who would rather sell some now given the SP is unlikely (at least in my view) to go above 5c anytime soon. However, those sells could have been done at anytime, not just now.
Can't wait to see the 'independent expert report'. Wonder if it will be as good as the one for Farmbuy telling us it was a good deal to splash 4.5million of a website that makes no money.
