I fail to see how this is rewarding shareholders, which management says it is designed for.
There is a BB cap at 5c. No matter what, I can't get more than 5c for a share with the BB. The record date was the 17th wasn't it?
The way to 'reward' long suffering shareholders is a SP price rise, not a price depreciation with a premium BB price to the depreciated price. They could have easily bought back at the market value over a period time like any other company.
I fail to see how this is rewarding shareholders, which...
