I'm not talking about a company waltzing in and buying up, I'm just talking about what usually happens when a BB is announced. BBs are usually, but not always, schemed so that they are bought on market at the market price, then cancelled, hence the general likelihood of a SP rise (although not always).
Okay, so I assume a strategy is to sell into the BB at 5c and then buy more at 4c, if the price stays there.
