Looks like someone is trying to accumulate this stock, but v tight hands are leading to only minimal release of shares back to the market. I don't think anyone with a basic understanding of EV would sell right now. The probability of them finding something only needs to be very minimal for this to be a positive EV play at this stage, depending on your evaluation of the downside probabilities, your expectation of them finding something could be 5% and still give you a positive EV.
