    Very strange - no mention of the chair of the audit & compliance committee - a role Brenda held from 2017 to 2021.

    Apparently Brenda was so good at corporate governance that she received an AO for this in 2022.
    The annual reports show that she had an impeccable attendance record of board and committee meetings.
    I hope that she wasn’t asleep on the job!
