Its called clipping the ticket mate, charge the company a fair rate but not the most competitive rate because of course they will be employing the highest quality labour, clip!
Just so you know directors starting there own labour hire company doesn’t create more labour! But it sure makes a good story for AP to feed you so you can put it out there!
