Thats a fair point. On the other hand, alot of people on the verge of retirement are looking for a nice place to spend their golden years. There seems to be a growing number of full timers down here and I would presume if they'd sold up the family home a big loan wouldn't be on the table. I guess the average holiday house that hasn't got much going for it will cop it but I wonder if the nice blocks close to the beach will be hit as hard....
