I hear on ABC news TV there are people been stranded on rooftops for days -
surely Navy choppers could take them to somewhere safer and more comfortable.

Does anybody know where our "helicopter operating" Navy ships are now?
Assuming the large ships propellors will keep working.
Our Govts going back decades have made appalling large ship and helicopter decisions.
Do we run a risk that China ships could turn up and make Oz Gov a laughing stock.
