    In the year of 2000 there were only eight major countries that didn’t have a certain family controlled or owned Central Bank:
    Afghanistan
    Iraq
    Sudan
    Libya
    Cuba
    North Korea
    Syria
    Iran

    Today, there are only four major countries left without a Central Bank owned or controlled by this family
    Cuba
    North Korea
    Iran
    Syria
