    imo there are many more factors than just welfare.... the Liberal position would normally focus on the right of a person to be able to decide for themselves how to spend money however it comes.... the Liberal Party though is much more authoritarian today than it was under Howard, and insists that welfare is not a right. therefore the Party takes a punitive response and its this that provides the real flaw in the product.

    surely there needs to be therapeutic responses included in any plan, and this is better delivered by Aboriginal people who aren't "coconuts", people that are trusted.
