"Iberian applies to be de-listed from the ASX
Iberian Resources Limited (ASX: IBR) has applied to be de-listed from the ASX.
The decision follows the recent transaction with Tamaya Resources Limited (ASX: TMR), with Tamaya now holding an 86.21% majority interest in the traded shares of the Company.
Since the close of the transaction earlier this year, IBR has been an illiquid stock.
The Iberian Board recently completed a review of the formal process involved in de-listing Iberian from the official list of the ASX, and has decided that the continued listing of the Company serves no commercial or strategic purpose.
The Board will continue to update shareholders on developments."
