Why the hell would a company with US$180mil revenue and net profit of US$37mil want to merge with a shitty little company like AGI who does nothing but lose money $$$.
Something smells fishy and is NOT right......me thinks perhaps the Russian is WAY over-exagerating his financial position or else there is NO way a company such as his with that financial performance would seek a merger with pissy little AGI.
