YEs, that's great Gustie, but how many billion shares will SEH by the end of the year? What percentage of the revenue will they receive, if they sell 50% of their assets, and give 50% of their revenue to their Chinese JV partner. It leaves only 25% for SEH. If SEH get 25% and have 2billion+ shares, things are not looking real rosey for a massive share price appreciation over the next 3-5 years.
Surely there is some bank that will loan them $25-$30mill for a project such as this at 8-10%.
