I seem to recall that the CEO stated, during the half year presentation, that they were likely to update the market in November. I think this related to their strategic review of one of their businesses, sorry don't recall the name but think it was mortgage insurance business - similar to Genworth. So we may not have to wait until February before we get a flavour of what the full FY15 looks like.

I agree, but continue to recomend caution. While interest rates and currency will help earnings, any interest rate hike in the US will have detrimental effect on equities generally. I expect QBE to outperform the market, but what if the market falls by 10%?
