Downrampers = those manipulating people and targetting people who panic, and people who have put more than they are willing to lose into a stock and are now in panic mode. (bent or illogical with panic).


Rampers = those who still believe the end goal is achievable, and didn't invest more than they are willing to part with if things were to go wrong.



Downramping is a very easy task in small stocks, as they draw lesser income people, who have less 'free money' and are led to panic and easy manipulation. It is very hard to calm such people, and make them realise in the scheme of things very little has changed.

Hence why the rich get richer. How many big investors in Axiom are on HC.. I dare say a very small %. Think about the % of lower end investors hinge decisions on every post on here.
