Why does everybody here think there SPP applicants are going to receive a full 15k allocation?
If only 10% of holders apply for the full 15 the SPP is going to be oversubscribed. I suspect those holders expecting a lot might be surprised by a scale back.
Small holders bought in at any $ might be willing to add a sizable chunck of 15k and I suspect many of the old 701 still left standing will be in for a bite at averaging down.
