I agree the lack of liquidity exaggerates the SP but the new presentation which no doubt has the purpose of attracting new (institutional) SH and the likelihood of a CR doesn't mean that others (i.e. the very bright people in the institutions) are not going to put two and two together and make assumptions. It maybe that MG runs a tight ship (he has in the past) but bright people look for motives and position themselves accordingly; the lack of liquidity makes it easier to have an impact.
