7.4c is the 23.6% Fibonacci retracement from 52 week high.
You may find this will be the current support level and would expect a decent bounce just prior to the quarterly being released. They would not have paid an 8% premium to current price if they did not have certainty that all things moving forward will be all but positive including the upcoming report.
I now have a short term price target of 14c as I would expect RSI to hit 80% towards end of month.
