How could AN1 have licensed its FGF5/Midkine to York St Brands P/L (YSB) for its Bouf Hair Care if the former subsidiary owner of the patented technology, Lyramid P/L, was sold by AN1 for GBP 1million to Roquefort Therapeutics PLC which has since sold Lyramid P/L with the patents to Pleiades Pharma Ltd for US$10.8 million ?

AN1 chairman Mr Sandy Beard should explain the AN1 deal of how it could have transferred or licensed FGF5/ patents to YSB which now markets Bouf Hair Care products as based on the FGF5 ingredient.

Importantly also for Mr Beard to belatedly announce to the ASX when and amount of royalties, if any, have been paid to AN1 by Roquefort and YSB respectively and how much is owing and when due to be paid.
