Iran is a good country. Full of happy and generous people. Motorists are happy with petrol at about 20c a litre.
The American power elites are not happy with Iran because they are allied with the Russians and compete with Israel to be the regional military power. However the Iranians are very happy with the Americans for dismantling Iraq and installing their stooges.
On the whole I think the average Iranian is happier than the average old fart who spends all day on HC whinging about Muslims and immigration.
