re: where are my cheap pcl's??/ broker is a great I have spoken to PCL, of course the WPL deal was disappointing, a bit like when Shell left HDR. Kenya is just one project that is on a bit of a hold, they are in steps to find another partner and with the gvnt. Others have approached PCL in the past for deals, they rejected these due to the WPL relationship. WPL has already contacted them about another area, my guess is they will go with another...
