No. My new broker couldn't get my 200,000+ shares of cyl out of Toronto dominion bank so my new broker washed their hands of me and gave me the phone number Toronto dominion back office to deal with this myself. Fortunately for me, one td back office peep told me that as recently as November 8th Toronto dominion corporate actions tried to communicate with superior gold to get my cyl stock but superior gold has not replied yet! I need to be patient waiting on superior gold response I've been told by this peep. Another peep, friendly girl with nice voice, told me after putting me on hold for 15minutes her research found my cyl stock at Toronto dominion but Toronto dominion can not deliver my 200,000+ cyl to me since it is unregistered and restricted can't be traded since it only has a CUSIP. A third TD back office peep told me the old tired line that cyl management is at fault for my situation and TD hands are clean...TD just waiting for cyl to send over unrestricted and registered cyl shares. Potentially I get this resolved by Christmas.
