I don't doubt the TD gal said that they were sent unregistered and thus untradable shares from CYL, but I seriously doubt that she said that it was done intentionally, or that she said it was done as 'stick in the eye' to you, Petersbgg.
In your last post, you apparently no longer believe the TD gal, and you revert to your previous theory, " No doubt in my mind Toronto dominion naked short sgi/supgf/cyl.".
And you saw fit to accuse TD of being crooks...

TheTD 'peeps' did not "deny your accusation" because that would start a time wasting, and upsetting, conversation with a customer who is already very angry.... You seem to think that the lack of a denial from them means they accept your accusation as having merit.....you are wrong......
Hopefully your fully registered and tradable certificate will arrive from Australia within the next week or two.........
but now you've moved your account to another broker, you still won't be able to sell your stock....gotta have it transferred to new broker...and that takes weeks.......
OR, stick around and make some money.
