Toronto Dominion transferred over our CYL stake on 8 jan24. Merger with superior gold was end of 2q23 so it took junior over 6 months to pay out his shareholders, us, the paper he promised us in writing. But we are lucky, other creditors of junior got to go to court to get junior to pay, we didn't have to pay attorneys or court costs to get our money out of him. Sure, plenty of other actors contributed to juniors debacle, but anyone who has had command knows that when you are in command you are responsible. as far as I am concerned, fault for our lack of access to our money for over 6 months is squarely upon juniors narrow shoulders. Funny, cyl now trade otc now so I can sell out our CYL to the bank that is short at a mouse click, but we ain't selling and we working to pull our cyl collateral out of the pool by taking delivery of certificate I have already been promised for $500 fiat payment. If successful getting certificate in hand, we won't be last folk dancing at this party.
