A while back the broker offer me physical cyl certificate for $500. I say yes but broker can't deliver no matter how many weeks I am patient. In bonds we call this failure to deliver. I think the supgf short pool bank is on the hook for my shares. I'm thinking at some point the supgf short pool gonna have to buy cyl so their bank can deliver my paper share certificate to me, assuming of course that the supgf short pool bank don't go bk itself in meantime before I get paid my shares.
