I think Toronto dominion short likely date back to around 2016 when superior gold first list on venture...sgi have very small tightly held float, only about 120mm shares outstanding but actual tradable float much smaller. Like me, other investors saw the value of plutonic mine asset and bought sgi/supgf. Td never went to market and bought the sgi shares they sold all of us since not enough sgi shares available so td just made entry in their ledger, a naked short. Potentially for up to 7 years Toronto dominion never bought a single share of superior gold for customers, only build out naked short on ledger. This catalyst metals naked short potentially quite large. Never one roach rjb67 so ramification of td actions for mr.
