For me to sell CYL, Toronto dominion bank need to deliver to me my CYL/SGI shares which Toronto dominion is naked short. Toronto dominion bank been killing Canadian junior miners for years, naked shorting Canadian junior miners and thereby locking them out of equity finance markets. Naked shorting is basically theft since Toronto dominion took my money, using my money that should have been invested in SGI to support their own trading book, all while sending me fake monthly statements showing I own SGI. Toronto dominion is like Bernie Madoff basically. Morgan Stanley do same thing too in physical silver market. Morgan Stanley took investors money that was supposed to be invested in silver bullion segregated for customers and stored in vault under Morgan Stanley hq in world trade center. Morgan stanley never bought the silver and used the customer funds meant for silver for own trading all while still charging Morgan Stanley customers storage fees for non existent silver bars.
