spot on singlemalt as you know I was in the role of company secretary for VAN for 3 years before retiring and was in close contact to all board members for years after that and I can tell we tried so hard to do a deal with SGI from Bradbrook, Tamara Brown and Jordan and various intermediaries over a 6 year period, as an obvious merger made so much sense however all of the BS offers were consistent from each SGI board member which was heavily weighted to SGI and breadcrumbs to VAN with "a take it or leave it approach' but in my opinion I firmly believe the hearsay from GEO's surrounding SGI (who have now left) who stated that the real intention of SGI was never to do a deal with VAN but to bleed VAN (through prolong meaningless and drawn out "negotiations" together with continuous legal appeals) to send VAN bankrupt so they could pick up VAN for pennies. Yes the irony is not lost on me here. This is all history and maybe a big so what as my major concern now is James CdeC as we witness a second share drop from $1.10 to 60 cents! All caused IMO from his ambiguous messaging to the market. Hence Late January early February is going to be a litmus test for me on how James will perform in 2024.
