Its definitely a seller pushing the stock down. Really, the only people it could be are the ATM vendors I illuded to yesterday. My sources tell me that operationally they are performing extremely well.
I remember a period last year when the stock did the same thing...26 weeks of nothing and then it went up 3 times in 8 weeks!!! I hope we dont have to wait that long this time!!
