Here's a theory...
...they have found what looks like the motherload of diamonds and are completing extra exploration holes to confirm this before releasing a high octane announcement that will send the share through the stratosphere! Thus no speeding ticket and complete justification for the share to hit 50 cents within a week ... and then i woke up!
