GCN would not be the only company present at those meetings at the kitchen table. What is not mentioned in the quarterly is that the loan facility is available from Richard Li himself. He owns the company Sino Investment Services Pty Ltd (SIS).
The services of SIS are considerably hampered by ASIC noting that SIS and Mr Li have "agreed to not reapply for an AFS licence nor provide financial services in any capacity for a period of 10 years from the date of the EU."
