not sure who got the Series A options but if they and the other Series options are included, thats 32M potential shares out of total shares of 111M, if all options are converted. Putting then into the hands of "employee, contractor, consultant or Board member" Mac Equity would be a consultant I presume?
All good if they succeed, and bases covered if they don't. Fair injection of cash in Dec 18 if north of todays sp too.
