    ASIC = useless

    Only course of action would be a class action if we can prove that they made inconsistent statements to the market. Potentially they did, given they said back in Sep/Oct that they started mobilization while their recent announcement says that they are starting mobilization now. A lawyer would need to examine that

    As someone who has lost a very significant amount, I would be willing to join up
