Thanks Mozz I've been lurking don't worry, but I suspected we might get delayed when covid hit so I chose to diversify a bit and I'm waiting to add more PAR when the time is right. As always, your research is fantastic and we all appreciate you, wish there were more Mozz's across the rest of my portfolio lol
