blao, Agree with you that sp should be above $1. The concerns about debt were used to stoke fear, drive this down and present an opportunity for takeover. The Instos who own the bulk of ARI are not fools. They will not roll for such a low ball offer. No doubt they will get their opportunity to express the value they believe is in this stock and this will be north of $1.50 and hopefully closer to $2.00.
