The H1 results have crashed the share price by over 50% mainly due to the realisation by the market that this is a pretty average IT company which doesn't deserve such sky high valuations. The emperor has little to no clothes!
And with the Sheehy case- you never know when it is going to hit. I think a class action involving many people is going to be different from a civil case brought about by a wealthy shareholder.
And when it hits the damages to NXL can be significant.
