I have not completed much due diligence on this company so I cannot comment on those booking figures, I am just commenting on broader SaaS valuations.
Judging by the cash receipts in the 1PG quarterly though the quality of those bookings may be contentious. No point having inflated revenue figures if the customers never pay up. I am not sure if this is the case though I don't know this company or the product. Just tossing up ideas.
Anyway, thought I would contribute about SaaS valuations to try help holders.
