Hit the nail on the head here - $COB's ore is not of high grade, however there is huge value in their processing technology, therefore the upcoming PFS could quite literally validate or disprove the economics of the Thackaringa project moving forward.
To be honest... I'm quite surprised that $COB MGMT hasn't / doesn't look into acquiring nearby projects, such as $HAV's higher grade Mutooroo project. With a market cap of $121M, $COB could surely just buy out $HAV's project for a measly $40M (or thereabouts) price tag? This would also serve as a handy hedge bet in the worst case that Thackaringa proves uneconomical .
