If only Wellington would tell us all what their ultimate plan is - then we'd all be putting our houses on it! They aren't going to do that, they will act only in their own self interest first and foremost. I am sure that if they weren't by law obliged to allow us to know of their increasing stakes in mbn (i.e. more than 5%), they would not. That must grieve them, because then they would be able to get more sellers, so to secretly increase their coffers. I have no doubt that they see opportunity in mbn, they would dearly love to own it if they could. imo.
