    Is that an announcement I can smell???

    Very due a bit of news about the permit transfer and the "cheque's in the mail" so to speak.
    Also the rig contract signing and spud date estimate.
    New opportunities that must be ready to go pending money in the bank.

    Any more??

    That buy side sspeaks volumes IMHO
