have a look at the list of stocks shorted. the whole asx can be shorted legally by this report. what about the shonky brokers who sell stock they dont own then buy back on the same day to cover the short. thats happening all the time. i bet it happened yesterday at 45-46 brokers dumping stock they dont own then buying back later in the day. the market is a sham at the moment because of lack of buyers in mining sector. when the sector is going well u cant do it.
