Don't think I've ever seen a scenario like this play out. Strong institutional support from in the know funds, cashed up with lots of news to flow, but a severe lack of understanding of the opportunity from outsiders with current holders having maxed out their allocations resulting in a dry buy-side. This needs management to start buying IMO.
