where are the charts pointing

    From my very limited ability to chart stock and my limited use of charting.
    Can any one confirm my views, that the asx 200 chart is heading in a negative direction and looks like travelling that way for the short term?
    Is CER chart looking to be travelling the same way, it should have had a strong rally this morning gapping up and holding, but it gapped up and retreated.
    Any views please from those that are compitent in charting
