As you say there certainly is a lot of very positive data that has been released by this company.
This data has persisted from a short time before the merger.
Considering this data there is absolutely no logical reason for the stock value to fall from the high immediately after the merger of $0.31.
Unfortunately the stock value has fallen by 50%.
Considering these factors I cannot find an honest criteria that would explain this loss.
I also cannot find a logical criteria that could suggest the management of CUU are not completely aware and complicit in this process.
