Where are the contracts???

Scidev appears to have partnered well for success and Lewis and his team look to have set the company up for long term global scale-up.

What is worrying however is that several of the past quarterly's have implied that contracts would be finalised in the near future.

None of these have come to fruition as yet.

What investors really want to understand from Scidev management is why these contract are taking so long to come to fruition.

For example Illuka, in the last quarterly it note final tech and commercials were sent to Illuke in March, it is now June. What is taking so long to finalise this contract? Does this imply the contract has faltered or is it simply part of the process and Illuka needs additional time to work through the details.

What about the other potential contracts? Will this length of time from sales lead to secured contracts always take this long?

It doesn't matter how good the Optiflox technology and chemical product is if you can't get customers to sign contracts and get the product into market.

On the bright side it is good however to note that the patent for Optiflox system is moving towards examination phase. Having a clear ownership of the IP I believe would add significant value to Scidevs product offering and potential to become a market leader. Will be interesting to see how they intend to protect the IP in major sales regions with weak recognition of IP.
