that’s not how medical conferences work. You can’t just turn up and present what you like. The process is to submit abstract (usually one page document) in advance by the mandated deadline, if it’s accepted by organisers you get told if it’s to be presented as oral, poster etc. All accepted abstracts are usually posted to the conference website. If there’s nothing for BIT for Covid listed in abstracts , means they’re not presenting on Covid.
